The large majority of items that we promote on this website are only available by a members area download.
That means you get given full access to a members page, your login details will be given to you after you make your purchase and these details will be emailed to you as well.
You may need to check your spam folder in case your login information have been delivered there.
Physically Shipped Orders
If you get an item that is to be shipped using postal mail, then they will be posted using the following delivery service providers …
USPS Media Mail
USPS First Class Mail International
Domestic (USA Only).
The delivery times in the UNITED STATES are: As much as 2 business days for order handling As much as. 10 business days for delivery through USPS Media Mail.
The delivery times Worldwide are: Up to 2 business days for order processing. As much as 15 business days for distribution via USPS First Class Mail International.
Refunds.
Full reimbursements on physical item products will be provided when an order is returned. Returns need to be sent to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road STE C, Lindon, UT 84042. Please note that the consumer will pay for return delivery costs.
Digital product reimbursements can be made by emailing client support with your clickbank invoice.
Physical Item Cancellations.
We recognize that in some cases things change so we have a 1 day ‘cooling off’ period wherein customers can cancel their physical product orders and also be reimbursed IMMEDIATELY. To do this you can visit: https://www.clkbank.com/#!/.
Tracking My Parcel.
Once your order has been processed and despatched, Vervante (our publisher and also fulfilment company) will send you a tracking web link for your order. This will be sent out to the e-mail you used for purchasing within 3 service days.
